1. General Information
Paw Paw’s Play Studio is a privately run play and learning space for children aged 8 months to 6 years.
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 | Saturday, 9:00–12:00.
Located in Cape Town, South Africa.
2. Bookings & Payments
All sessions (except Saturdays) must be booked in advance via our website or booking platform.
Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your child’s spot.
We accept payments via, credit card.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible for a reschedule or credit. Credits are valid for 3 months and are non-transferable.
No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
In the event Paw Paw’s Play Studio needs to cancel (e.g. due to illness), you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
4. Health & Safety
Children who are unwell, showing symptoms of illness, or recovering from a contagious condition must stay at home.
Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at the time of booking.
While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, Paw Paw’s Play Studio cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from normal play activities.
5. Supervision
Parents/caregivers must supervise their children during “Adults and I” sessions.
For drop-off sessions (‘Independent Me’ and Afternoon Play), children must be signed in and out by an authorised adult. Emergency contact details must be provided and kept up to date.
6. Indemnity
By participating in any sessions or visiting the premises, you agree to the terms of our Indemnity Policy which includes:
- Accepting responsibility for your child’s well-being during supervised or unsupervised play.
- Acknowledging the inherent risks in active and sensory play.
Understanding that Paw Paw’s Play Studio is not liable for loss or damage to personal property while on the premises.
7 Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through our site or forms is stored securely and used solely for communication, safety, and administrative purposes.
We do not share or sell your data.
8 Website Use
All content, images, and designs are the property of Paw Paw’s Play Studio and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Website users agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack or damage the site.
9. Changes to Terms
Paw Paw’s Play Studio reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services and website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
